If after attending the first day of the program, you are not completely satisfied, please contact one of our Customer Service Representatives during the Day 1 at the event. Refunds are authorized at the event only. You must have attended the event up until Day 1 and request your refund at the Customer Service Desk during the Day 1 afternoon. At your option, we will apply your tuition to any Chris Goff Training Workshop, event, or send you a full refund. Simply turn in your workbook to a Chris Goff Customer Service Representative at the event. Complimentary enrollments are not eligible for refund.
Your statisfaction is our uptmost importance and will refund any student that isn’t 100% satisfied with our training after day 1. If you’re unable to attend, we will credit your tuition towards any Chris Goff Live event within 1 year of purchase.
